Nocona Beaded Belt – Handcrafted Western Belts
Our Nocona beaded belt brings together old-world leatherworking tradition and vibrant Southwest artistry. Each belt is handcrafted from full-grain leather and adorned with glass bead patterns that reflect the turquoise, coral, and earth tones of the American West.
We design these belts for riders, ranchers, and Western enthusiasts who want authenticity without compromise. The hand-stitched beadwork wraps cleanly around the strap, while a removable buckle lets you swap hardware to match any occasion—from arena competition to evening out.

What the numbers mean
Glass bead embellishment on leather isn’t new—it’s a craft handed down through generations of Western artisans. What sets our Nocona beaded belt apart is the density of the pattern and the durability of the backing.
Each bead is individually threaded and secured to a reinforced leather foundation, so the design stays vibrant through years of buckle changes, belt loops, and trail dust. We use Czech glass beads for their color consistency and scratch resistance. The turquoise-and-coral motifs echo traditional Navajo jewelry palettes, while earth-tone geometrics offer a quieter alternative for daily rotation.
We size every Nocona beaded belt by your waist measurement to the middle hole, which leaves two adjustment holes in each direction. If you normally wear a size 34 pant, order a 34 belt.
The strap width is 1½ inches end to end, the standard for most Western buckles. Our removable snap-post system means you can swap in trophy buckles, custom silver, or a simple plated oval without re-threading. The leather backing behind the beadwork adds thickness, so allow an extra ⅛ inch when passing through tight belt loops on tailored jeans.
Cleaning the beadwork
Wipe glass beads with a damp microfiber cloth to remove dust and sweat salts. Avoid submerging the belt or soaking the stitching, which can loosen thread tension over time.
Conditioning the leather
Apply a thin coat of leather conditioner to the unbeaded portions of the strap every 3–4 months. Keep conditioner away from the beaded panel—oil can dull glass and soften the backing adhesive.

What’s included with your belt
Each Nocona beaded belt ships with the leather strap, beaded panel already attached, and a polished nickel snap-post buckle pre-installed. We include a small care card outlining bead-safe cleaning methods and a return label valid for 60 days.
No additional hardware or tools are needed—the buckle snaps on and off by hand in under ten seconds. If you prefer a different buckle finish, our customer service team can substitute antique brass or gunmetal at checkout for no extra charge.
